1. The Contract Between Us:
We require full payment for the goods you order before your order can be processed and accepted. Once we have received your payment, we will send an email to the address you provide in your order form to confirm that your order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between us.
2. Our Right to Refuse Your Order:
2.1 We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances, even if payment has already been made:
2.1.1 Insufficient stock or materials to fulfill your order within the specified time frame.
2.1.2 Incorrect pricing of the goods due to an error or misunderstanding.
2.2 If we refuse your order, we will notify you via email and return any amount deducted from your account as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from the date of your order. We are not obligated to offer additional compensation for any disappointment caused.
3. Your Right to Cancel Your Contract:
3.1 You may cancel your order within 14 working days from the day after the date you placed the order. You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation, and no penalty will be charged.
3.2 To cancel, please notify us in writing.
3.3 If the goods have been delivered before cancellation, you must return them to our contact address at your own expense and risk.
3.4 As we manufacture items specifically based on your order, they can only be returned if faulty or delivered in error.
3.5 Once you notify us of your cancellation, any sums paid to us will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the date of your order.
4. Fraud Prevention:
4.1 You agree that we may use your personal information to conduct necessary anti-fraud checks. This information may be shared with a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, who may retain a record of it.
4.2 We will validate your personal information (including name, address, and payment details) against third-party databases. By accepting these terms, you consent to these checks being performed. This process will not affect your credit rating, and all personal information will be handled securely in accordance with relevant data protection laws.
5. Events Beyond Our Control:
We will not be held liable for any failure to deliver goods or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, system breakdowns, network access issues, natural disasters, or accidents.
6. Governing Law:
The contract between us will be governed by the laws of our local jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved by the appropriate courts in our jurisdiction.
7. Entire Agreement:
These terms and conditions, along with our current prices, agreed prices, delivery details, contact information, and privacy policy, represent the full agreement between us regarding the supply of goods. Unless otherwise specified:
7.1 No statement by a sales representative should be considered as a variation of these terms or as an authorized representation regarding the quality or nature of the goods.
7.2 Except in cases of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we are not liable for any untrue or misleading statements made by our representatives.
